A Perfect Retreat in Trogir

Week 33. Saturday 27th May . Retreat in Trogir on the island Ciovo.

Day 225. Saturday and first day of the retreat. I am just looking at the sacred geometry numbers. Week 33. 3+3 =6, heart centre star. 27th. 2+7 =9. Day 225. 2+2+5=9. 6+9+9=24. 2+4=6. I will try and find time to write about that significance later.

We had yoga on the courtyard directed by J-, nice and easy and I provided a short meditation opportunity to help bring them into their heart centres. Z-managed to find us just as we were setting off to walk to the beach. It was beautiful down there and we tuned into the sea and began to to talk about cause and effect, the passing boat causing a slight wave and eventually lapping up against us proving my point that sooner or later everything reaches your shore. Einstein taught me that himself some twenty five years ago. The sea was of amazing colours and our little group was gelling nicely. When we arrived back a lovely lady from USA was waiting for us and she too joined us for brunch at 10.00am.

It was a gentle working brunch with me bringing in relevant stories and leading the group gently in understanding of what the day would present. Brunch was perfect and when we had had our fill five of us went up to the retreat space. E- was having the morning to herself down at the beach. She said later that it was “hot as hell!” I constantly notice our numbers, 5 star so we would be working with the passion of who we are. It is impossible for me to remember what the preliminary teaching was about but I am able to record some of the experiences during their meditation.

B-. It started out with vivid colours then especially purple, gold and ruby light and she found it very affirming. Then the light shifted position and it became blue,green and coming in below the cloak. That stayed with her for a very long time and she doesn’t remember anything until I sat on her-that was very grounding, weight and it felt so good. She felt great release going on throughout recognising were she was resisting. At one point when I opened her arms there was bright light and it all went away. She felt a gigantic opening of her heart chakra and then enormous wings and her heart was open. She had a sense of elation, there was a beautiful sense of ‘me’.

Whenever people are sharing their experiences we discuss and discover the keys that they bring me and I turn them and then we take the steps we have to take, together. The process influences the collective consciousness just like Einstein taught me. This particular understanding starting off on the beach this morning. What I talk about is never a coincidence.

At 2.00pm we went for a walk down into Trogir. We were going to meet R- who should be arriving around 2.30pm. B- led the way through the short cut which involved a steep hill up and a sharp hill down. You could feel it on the knees. R- was waiting for us which was brilliant timing and together we went into the tiny ancient city. I didn’t want to use any more physical energy so we went off to sit on their Riva and took an iced coffee. OMG, super duper! The others went to explore. At the allocated time we all met up for the walk back, this time noticing the hedgerows, all things bright and beautiful including passion flowers and wild roses.

Late afternoon we more or less went straight up to the prayer room, now we were six with R-. E- was happy to do her own thing. So we have the facility for both the five pointed star (passion/individuality) and six pointed star (heart self/ individual Holy Spirit.) I am very excited and have an inner sense of satisfaction. We had a shorter period of time so in order to introduce R- to the work I took them on a journey to the centre of the earth and to place their footprints there.

I began to play around with this and we ended with “I AM AM” Does this mean that we are moving from “I AM that I AM”, to “I AM I” and now to “I AM AM.” We tried it out and it was very powerful. Immediately we went into a mystical ritual. We did what we had to do and then I had to step out and I said, “Ladies, you are on your own.” They were making a five pointed star construction as part of the passion for the new Divine human. Everyone was able to feel the importance of their roll and the girls enjoyed taking part in a ritual and believe me they did it so well.

It was almost supper time and our spiritual work completed bang on time. It was another lovely evening meal and time together. We finally wandered off to one of the terraces to enjoy the lovely view of the sea and the islands with the setting sun. An early night tonight might be on the cards. As I woke up this morning I was having a wonderful cosy dream and felt so supported, I didn’t want to wake up. I am hoping for another tonight!
